With dieting, there is always a degree of apprehension—am I going to be able to stick to it? Will it be worth all the effort? But all my fears were put to rest when I decided to go on the Keto diet. Not only had I made the difference I wanted, I felt different too.

  • What started with kilos, turned to inches – during the initial few weeks, I saw positive changes regarding my weight. But by the end of 3 months on the Keto diet, not only did I lose water weight, I had shed inches off my body.
